Date of second publication of notice: 2082.05.13 As this Sub-Metropolitan City has been awarding contracts for revenue collection in the past years, it has been necessary to make contract arrangements for collecting tax under the following headings from the contract. Accordingly, this notice has been published for interested firms or companies registered in VAT to purchase the bids within 7/15 days, subject to the terms and conditions of the details.

Other conditions

1) The bidder should clearly write the contract number, name and Kalaiya U.M.N.P.A., Bara on the outside of the envelope.

2) Bid forms can be purchased from this office during office hours up to the 7th/15th day from the date of publication of this notice by paying the non-refundable price as mentioned above.

3) The firm submitting the bid must submit a certified copy of the Permanent Account Number Certificate and tax payment slips for the year 080.081.

4) The sealed bids must be purchased by the 7th/15th day from the date of publication of the notice and must be registered at Kalaiya Sub-Metropolitan City, Bara by 12:00 PM on the 8th/16th day and the bids will be opened at this office at 2:00 PM on the same day in the presence of the bidder or his representative. If the said day falls on a holiday, the same will be done on the next day when the office is open at the same time. Even if the bidders are not present on the date and time of bid opening, there will be no obstacle to opening the bids.

5) Any terms and conditions not mentioned in this notice shall be governed by the prevailing law.

6) Taxes, including value added tax, will have to be paid by the contractor himself.

7) A bank guarantee or cash deposit will be required for the next installment amount.

8) In the case of ponds, if repairs are required, the contractor will have to do the repairs themselves.

9) Along with the bid, the original voucher of the 5 (five) percent deposit amount deposited in the deposit account of this office at the National Bank of Nepal, Kalaiya branch, account no. 12601003000004 or an original copy of the bid bond with a validity of 90 days issued in the name of this office by a bank recognized by Nepal Rastra Bank must be attached.
