Notice regarding Internal Revenue Service contracting

As this sub-metropolitan city has been contracting for revenue collection in the past years, it has been necessary to arrange contracts to collect tax under the following headings from the contract. Therefore, this notice has been published to invite interested firms or companies registered in VAT to submit bids within 15 days, subject to the terms and conditions of the details.

Other conditions
1) The bidder should clearly write the contract number, name and Kalaiya U.M.N.P.A., Bara on the outside of the envelope.
2) Bid purchase date is 2082.06.19, within office hours.
3) Bid registration date is 2082.06.20 by 12:00 PM.
4) Bid opening date is 2082.06.20 at 2:00 PM. Even if the bidders are not present on the date and time of bid opening, there will be no impediment to the bid opening.
5) The firm submitting the bid must submit a certified copy of the Permanent Account Number Certificate and tax payment slips for the year 080.081.
6) Any terms and conditions not mentioned in this notice shall be governed by the prevailing law.
7) Taxes, including value added tax, will have to be paid by the contractor himself.

) A bank guarantee or cash deposit will be required for the next installment amount.
9) In the case of ponds, if repairs are required, the contractor will have to do the repairs themselves.
10) Along with the bid, the original voucher of the 5 (five) percent deposit amount deposited in the deposit account of this office at the National Bank Kalaiya branch, Account No. 12601003000004 or an original copy of the bid bond with a validity of 90 days issued in the name of this office by a bank recognized by Nepal Rastra Bank must be attached.
