2. The bidder having valid firm registration, VAT/PAN registration certificates, Tax clearance certificate.

4. Minimum Average Annual Turnover of the best 3 years within the last 10 years: NRs.26500000/-

5. Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: 7500000 at least one any building project.

6. Bidder should submit their bid electronically and download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np./egp,. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost (as specified above) of bidding document in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

7. Bids must be submitted through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egpon or before 12.00 on 21-09-2025. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

8. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00hour on (21-09-2025) at the office of Kalimati Rural Municipality Rampur, Salyan.

9. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days and must be accompanied by a scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format for e-bid, which shall be valid for 120 days from the final bid submission date. If bidder wishes to submit the bid security in the form of cash the cash should be deposited in the bank account with the following information.
