Details:

1. In order to collect the internal revenue of the financial year 2082/83 under Kankai Municipality, as per Section 12 (i) Clause (h) of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074, Internal Revenue Collection (Contract Arrangement) Procedure, 2075, a qualified firm/company has to be selected through a bidding process, hence, a second notice of electronic bidding has been published for the information of all the companies/firms interested in the detailed work. 2. Further information related to the above work can be obtained from this municipality. The bid form and detailed information are available on the electronic procurement system (https://bolpatra.gov.np/egp/) operated by the Public Procurement Monitoring Office.

3. Bid form fee (bid fee) should be deposited in the name of this municipality in the Internal Revenue Account No. 14703000001001000001 held in Nepal Bank Limited, Surunga and the voucher should be scanned and attached/uploaded for payment.

4. Interested bidders must submit their bids through the electronic procurement system (https://bolpatra.gov.np/egp/) operated by the Public Procurement Monitoring Office within the date and time mentioned above.

5. Bids received within the specified date and time will be opened at the office of this municipality in the presence of representatives of the bidders who wish to attend at intervals of 15 minutes after the last date and time for submission of bids. However, there will be no impediment to opening the bids received even if the representatives of the bidders are not present.

6. The validity period of the bid will be calculated from the date of bid opening.

7. The bid security as mentioned in the table above must be submitted along with the bid and the validity period of the bid security must be at least 30 days longer than the validity period of the bid.
