3. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office Khaptad Chhanna Rural Municipality, Chhanna, Bajhang through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 noon on 21-09-2025. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

4. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 pm 21-09-2025 at the office of Khaptad Chhanna Rural Municipality, Chhanna, Bajhang.
