Electronics bids must be submitted to Khijidemba Rural Municipality Office Khijifalate, Okhaldhunga before 12:00 Noon on 2082/06/28.

6. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend on 2082/06/28 at 1:00 PM at Khijidemba Rural Municipality Office Khijifalate, Okhaldhunga. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 day after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

7. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

8. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.

9. Matters not covered in this tender notice shall be in accordance with public procurement act 2063 and public procurement regulations 2064 and other prevailing rules and regulations of Nepal.

10. Any Amendment on this notice shall be posted on office information board followed by notice on office website www.khijidembamun.gov.np.
