As per the Local Government Operation Act 2074, Section 11, Sub-section (2), Clause D (6), Section 64, Sub-section 1, Ch and as per the decision of this office, the contract has to be arranged by excavating riverine materials in the approved channels of the rivers mentioned in the IEE report of this rural municipality as per the prescribed standards and selling the quantity specified by the rural municipality. Since no bid was received from the bidder on the first publication date of 2082/05/08 and the second publication date of 2082/06/08, interested firms or companies may submit their bids online at www.bolpatra.com by attaching the renewal certificate of the firm's current fiscal year, Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate, tax payment certificate for fiscal year 2081/082 or tax payment extension certificate and subject to the conditions as prescribed, not falling below the prescribed minimum number. This notice has been published for the information of all those interested in submitting their bids by 12:00 PM on 2082/07/02 through gov.np
