As per the Local Government Operation Act 2074, Section 11, Sub-section (2), Clause D (6), Section 64, Sub-section 1, Ch and as per the decision of this office, the contract has to be arranged by excavating riverine materials in the approved banks of the rivers mentioned in the IEE report of this rural municipality as per the prescribed standards and selling the quantity specified by the rural municipality. Therefore, interested firms or companies are requested to submit their bids online through www.bolpatra.gov.np by 12:00 PM on 2082/06/07 by attaching the renewal certificate of the firm's current fiscal year, Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate, fiscal year 2081/082 tax payment certificate or tax payment extension certificate and subject to the prescribed conditions not falling below the prescribed minimum number. This notice has been published for the information of all those interested in submitting their bids.
