Notice inviting sealed bids for the extraction, collection, sale and management of riverine products.

As per the provisions of Section 62 (a) of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074, Sub-section (1) of Section 8 of the Madhesh Province Economic Act, 2082 and Section 11 of the Economic Act of this Lahan Municipality, 2081, a contract has to be made for the current fiscal year 2082/083 (from 1st Ashoj 2082 to mid-Jeshta 2083, totaling 270 days), to excavate/collect riverine materials from the approved ghats of the rivers/streams mentioned in the schedule as per the prescribed criteria and sell them at the rate prescribed by the Lahan Municipality. Therefore, interested firms or companies are requested to participate in the bidding process by attaching certified copies of the firm renewal certificate, business renewal certificate, value added tax registration certificate and tax payment certificate of fiscal year 2081/082, subject to the conditions mentioned in the detailed notice. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.
