Notice regarding invitation to bid for the sale of riverine products of the Phuljor River for the fiscal year 2082/083.

As per the provisions of Section 62 A of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074 and Section 17 of the Finance Act of this Lalbandi Municipality, 2082, the contract has to be arranged to excavate riverine products from the approved ghats of the rivers mentioned in the details as per the prescribed standards and sell them at the rate prescribed by this municipality, interested firms or companies are requested to submit their renewal certificate of the firm, value added tax registration certificate, certified copies of the tax payment certificate of the fiscal year 2080/081, self-declaration that they are not involved in any action or blacklist and power of attorney through the mandatory Online (E-Bidding) system by 12:00 noon on the 16th day from the date of publication of the notice for the second time.
