As per the provisions of Section 62A of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074 and Section 17 of the Financial Act of this Lalbandi Municipality, 2082, the contract has to be arranged to excavate riverine products from the approved ghats of the rivers mentioned in the details as per the prescribed standards and sell them at the rate prescribed by this municipality, interested firms or companies are invited to submit a formal bid (E-Bidding) along with the renewal certificate of the firm, value added tax registration certificate, certified copies of the tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2080/081, self-declaration that they are not in any action or blacklist and power of attorney.
