In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11, Section 11(4) and (6) and Section 61 of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074, Lamahi Municipality, Municipal Executive has decided on 2082/03/32 and the rate set in the Finance Act, 2082 passed by the Seventeenth Municipal Assembly on 2082/03/10, and since the minimum contract points for the revenue headings mentioned in the schedule have to be arranged for the fiscal year 2082/083 without reducing the contract points, bids/sealed bids have been invited for the purpose of collecting herbal, junk and animal tax and advertisement tax through bids/sealed bids.
