Notice regarding invitation to bid/bid!

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11(4) and (6) of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074, and Section 61, Lamahi Municipality, the Municipal Executive has decided to allocate the minimum contract points for the income headings mentioned in the schedule at the rates stipulated in the Finance Act, 2082, passed by the Seventeenth Municipal Assembly on 2082/03/32, without reducing the minimum contract points. For the contract arrangement for 2082/083, bids/bids have been invited for the purpose of collecting tax on herbs, cattle and animals and advertisement tax through bids/bids/bids. Accordingly, no action has been taken against the bids submitted pursuant to Sections 24 and 26 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, and bids/bids have been invited through bid form (hardcopy) or E-Bidding as per the decision of this office dated 2082/05/06.
