1. Likhu Rural Municipality invites bids for the Construction Project under National Competitive Bidding -Single Stage procedures. Bidding is open only eligible bidders with the following below key eligibility criteria should participate in this Bidding.

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information at the Likhu Rural Municipality, Office of the Rural Municipal Executive, Nuwakot, Email: likhu.nuwakot@gmail.com

3. Bidder may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders submitting their bid electronically only, should deposit the cost (as specified below) of bidding document (payment of a non-refundable fee) in the office account (as specified below) and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids till 2082/05/22 at 12:00 hours.

5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Likhu Rural Municipality Office, Dude, Nuwakot at 2082/05/13.

6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 on 2082/05/22 at the office of Likhu Rural Municipality, Dude, Nuwakot. Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid from 'A' class Commercial bank, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

8. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.

9. All other terms and conditions will be as per Nepal Government's Prevailing Procurement Act and Regulations.

10. Likhu Rural Municipality, Nuwakot reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever
