1. Bagmati Provincial Government and Lisankhu Pakhar Rural Municipality have allocated mutual fund towards the cost of following project intends to imply to cover eligible payments under contract mentioned below. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese bidders.

2. Lisankhu Pakhar Rural Municipality invites bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for the Construction of the works in the table below, under National Competitive Bidding procedures.

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information at Office of Lisankhu Pakhar Rural Municipality, Attarpur, Sindhupalchowk, Nepal, or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

4. Eligible Bidders may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's Website www.bolpatra.gov.np./egp,. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit a non-refundable fee of NRs 3,000/- of bidding document in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. 5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Lisankhu Pakhar Rural Municipality-4, Attarpur, Sindhupalchowk, at 13:00 HRs on 2082/05/05 (21st Aug 2025).

6. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 HRs on 2082/05/15 (31st Aug 2025). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 HRs on 2082/05/15 (31st Aug 2025) at the office of Lisankhu Pakhar Rural Municipality, Attarpur, Sindhupalchowk. E-Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the bid submission deadline and must be accompanied by scanned copy of the bid security in .pdf format which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e., 2082/09/15(30th Dec 2025))

8. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
