1. Lumbini Cultural Municipality office, Lumbini cultural Municipality office intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Supply & Delivery of Hardtop SUV Jeep as per approved Technical Specification to Lumbini Cultural Municipality Office. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders from all countries as defined in only E-bidding.

2. The Lumbini cultural Municipality office invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Supply & Delivery of Hardtop SUV Jeep as per approved Technical Specification to Lumbini Cultural Municipality Office under National competitive bidding - Single Stage Single Envelope procedures.

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Lumbini Cultural Municipality office, Rupandehi. Phone No: 071-580305 and email address: lumbiniculturalmuncipality@gmail.com, or may visit PPMO egp system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

4. Bidders submitting their bid electronically should deposit the cost of each bidding document NRs. 5000.00 in Antrikrajaswo account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

5. Pre-Bid Meeting shall be held at Lumbini Cultural Municipality Office. Rupandehi at 14:00 hrs on 13 Aug, 2025 (2082/04/28).

6. Sealed or electronic bids must be submitted to the Lumbini cultural Municipality office., Rupandehi by PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before specified in the Instruction to Bidders on or before 12:00 Noon 22 Aug, 2025 (2082/05/06). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 Noon 22 Aug, 2025 (2082/05/06) at the office of Lumbini Cultural Municipality office, Rupandehi. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 1,65,000.00, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. The bid security issued by "A" class commercial banks shall only be accepted.

8. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
