In accordance with Section 11, Sub-section (2) of the Local Government Operation Act 2074 BS and Section 62A of the same Act, Section 8 of the Gandaki Province Finance Act 2082 BS and Schedule 07 related to the said Act, the revenue collection of riverine products such as stones, sand, gravel, and gravel falling under the jurisdiction of this Machhapuchhre Rural Municipality is to be done through a contract. Therefore, the firm or company eligible for the contract shall, by attaching the documents mentioned in the schedule, pay the prescribed amount to the account number 1400109223400069 in the name of this office, download the bid form from the website of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office (PPMO) www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp, and deposit the amount of five percent of the total bid amount including VAT and advance income tax as a deposit in the account number 1400109223400048 in the name of this office, Prabhu Bank Limited, Machhapuchhre Branch, within the following date and time. This notice has been published for submission of bids by 12:00 PM on 2082/05/24 from the website of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office (PPMO) by attaching a voucher or a bank guarantee (bid bond) issued in the name of this office by a commercial bolpatra.gov.np/egp with a validity of at least 120 days.
