1. Madhuwan Municipality Bardiya invites Competitive Bidding from the eligible bidders for the following works.

2. Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee as specified as each item in the following table.

3. Bidder must submit their bid electronically through ppmo's website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp before or last day 12:00 Noon as men-tioned in the table below. Bid Documents after this deadline shall not be accepted.

4. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives chosen by Bidderson last day for bid submission at 2:00pm in the office of Madhuwan huwan Municipality, Bardiya.

5. Bids must be valid for a period as specified and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting as specified for each item in the fol-lowing table, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity period.

6. If bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security and bid document cost in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in the following Account No.
