Procument of Works- Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure

1. The Madi Municipality, Madi, Sankhuwasabha invites Tender from eligible Nepalese bidders for the IFB no:- MM/NCB/W/02/2082-083

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information at E-procurement section of PPMO's Web portal www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

3. Bidders should purchase the bid document electronically through E-procurement section of PPMO's web portal. Bidder should deposit the cost of bidding document NRs. 5,000.00 (non-refundable) in the Municipality Office account for the purchase of the bids as specified below and electronic scanned copy (PDF format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall also be submitted along with the electronic bid files.

4. Bidders should submit their bid electronically through E- procurement section of PPMO's Web portal as specified in the Instruction to Bidders on or before 12:00 hrs of 2082/06/07. Late bid will be rejected. Bids shall be opened at 14:00 hrs on the same day of bid in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

5. Information to deposit the cost of bidding document in Bank:-

6. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of NRs 14,59,000.00 issued by "A" class commercial bank or direct deposit in Municipality's Dharauti Account number, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

7. The Municipality office reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the sealed bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
