As per the provisions of the Local Government Operation Act 2074 BS and the Public Procurement Regulations of Marin Rural Municipality, 2078 BS (First Amendment 2079 BS) and the Financial Act of Marin Rural Municipality, 2082 BS, a contract has to be arranged for the extraction and sale of riverine materials as per the IEE report as per the prescribed criteria from the approved points of the Marin River mentioned in the details. Therefore, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned. Interested firms or companies are requested to participate in the bidding process through E-Bid subject to the prescribed conditions.
