Invitation for Bids

1. Marsyangdi Rural Municipality invites only electronic bids from eligible bidders for the following road projects under National Competitive Bidding- Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures.

2. Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelope as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document.

3. Bidder must submit their bid electronically through e- submission from PPMO's e-GP system http://www.bolpatra. gov.np/egp should deposit the cost of bidding documents (NRs. 5,000) on account as specified below:

4. Electronic Bids must be submitted to the office of Marsyangdi Rural Municipality, Lamjung through e-portal www. bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 noon on 7th October 2025 (2082/06/21). Documents received after this deadline shall be rejected.

5. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security for the amount as specified in the table. Bidders are required to submit a separate bid security for which they submit their bids. The bid security guarantee issued only by the bank stated in Public Procurement Act and its Regulation with latest amendment shall be accepted by the Employer. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 17,50,000.00 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

6. Electronic Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 1:00 PM on 7th October 2025 (2082/06/21) at the office of Marsyangdi Rural Municipality, Bhulbhule, Lamjung.

7. If the last date of opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day.

8. Pre-Bid Meeting shall be held at the office of Rural Municipality, Lamjung at 11:00 hours in 17th September 2025 (2082/06/01)
