1. Myagde Rural Municipality invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of following projects under National Competitive Bidding Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures.

2. The minimum requirement for Average Annual Construction Turnover (AACT) of the best 3 years and Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature within the last 10 years are as follows:

3. Bidders shall deposit the cost of bidding documents specified below for each contract in an account as specified below:

4. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Myagde Rural Municipality Office, Chhang, Tanahun at 1 P.M, 2082-05-23.

5. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 hrs on 2082/06/02 (Sep-18,2025) and the bids will be opened immediately after submission deadline in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the same place and date mentioned above.

6. Bids shall be valid for a period of minimum as specified in table below and shall be accompanied by a scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format, amounting and validity as specified in table below.

7. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
