Section 62A of the Local Government Operation Act 2074 BS and the decision of the Myagde Rural Municipality and Village Executive Committee, the contract has to be arranged by excavating riverine materials from the approved piers of the riverbank mentioned in the details in accordance with the prescribed criteria and selling them at the rates as per the rules. Therefore, interested individuals, firms or companies may participate in the bidding process by attaching the renewal certificate of the firm, value added tax registration certificate, tax payment certificate of FY 2080/081, self-declaration that they are not eligible to participate in the contract process and certified copies of Nepali citizenship certificate, subject to the conditions as per the details.
