As per the provisions of Section 64 (f) of the Local Government Operation Act-2074, the Office of the Municipal Executive of Myanglung Municipality, Municipal Executive Office has to arrange a contract in the specified amount for the collection of sales tax for the excavation and collection of construction materials including stones, gravel, sand and other materials from local streams and mines mentioned in the IEE report. Therefore, this public notice has been issued inviting interested individuals, firms or companies with licenses to submit electronic bids (complete with BOQ) subject to the conditions specified in the specifications, attaching copies of the firm's renewal certificate, PAN/VAT registration certificate, tax payment certificate of FY 080/81 and Nepali citizenship certificate. Conditions:

1. Since the procurement process will be done only through e-GP, the bid document can be viewed from the official website of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office, Kathmandu (PPMO): https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp and for submission, the amount for the bid purchase fee has been deposited in the account and the revenue deposit voucher showing the relevant contract number and the name of the bid has to be submitted along with the electronic bid file. The bid form fee can be deposited in this office located at Nepal Bank Limited, Myanglung, Tehrathum, GA.1.1 MYANGLUNG NA.PA. AANTARIK RAJASWA KHATA No. 05403000001000001.

2. While submitting the bid, a security deposit equal to the mentioned amount should be submitted in cash to this office at Nepal Bank Limited, Myanglung, Tehrathum, GA.3.0 MYANGLUNG NA.PA. DHARAUTI KHATA No. 054030000030000001 or a bid bond issued by a commercial bank of “A” class recognized by the Government of Nepal with a validity period of 120 days from the last date of submission of bids.

3. The bidder shall submit the amount bid clearly in figures and words and affix a seal. In case of any discrepancy between figures and words, the words shall be considered valid. If the last day for receipt or submission of bids falls on a public holiday, the same shall be done on the next business day.

4. The contract period for this work will be from the date of agreement until the end of Jestha 2083 only.

5. This office shall have the sole right to accept, reject, or cancel the bid.

6. The scope of excavation and collection of construction materials including stones, gravel, sand and other materials from local streams and mines of this Myanglung Municipality shall be in accordance with the Local Government Operation Act 2074 BS, other prevailing rules, laws and standards related thereto. In addition, the preliminary environmental test report conducted by this office shall be considered an integral part of this bid.

7. The matters mentioned in this notice shall be governed by this notice and in the case of others, by the prevailing laws, rules and decisions of the municipality.
