1. The Government of Nepal [GoN] has allocated funds towards the cost of Construction of Two Storey RCC Framed Structure School Building and other Infrastructure works at Aadarsh Secondary School, Laxmanpur, Narainapur-2, Banke and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract of Construction of Two Storey RCC Framed Structure School Building and other Infrastructure works at Aadarsh Secondary School, Laxmanpur, Narainapur-2, Banke of NRM/WORKS/NCB/BUILDING/18-2082/083 Bidding is open to all eligible as per Section V of bidding document.

2. Narainapur Rural Minicipality invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for Construction of Two Storey RCC Framed Structure School Building and other Infrastructure works at Aadarsh Secondary School, Laxmanpur, Narainapur -2, Banke under National Competitive Bidding Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures. Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:

3. Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelope as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document.

5. Bidder may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of NRs. 5,000.00 for bidding document in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below.

and the scanned copy (*.pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

6. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at the office as mentioned in Narainapur Rural Municipality, Narainapur, Banke at 13:00 hours on 2082/06/05 (09/21/2025)

7. Interested bidders should submit the bids Electronically only through e-procurement portal http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp only on or before 2082/06/20 (10/06/2025) 12:00 hours. Bidders are required to follow the electronic bid submission procedure as specified in e-GP System, Operating Guideline 2073 and User manuals issued by PPMO which are available in e-GP system. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

8. The Electronics bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2082/06/20 (10/06/2025) 13:00 hours at the office as mentioned. Non-attendance of any or all of the Bidder's representatives shall not hinder the opening of the Bids. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 6,80,000.00 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. 9. If the last date of submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

10. Matters not covered in this tender notice shall be in accordance with Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 and other prevailing rules and regulations of Nepal.
