1. Naubahini Rural Municipality Office has received a grant from Government of Nepal towards the cost of Supply of Medicine & Surgical Items and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Supply of Medicine & Surgical Items, 02-NRM/NCB/G/2082/83. Bidding is open to all Nepalese eligible Bidders.

2. The Naubahini Rural Municipality Office invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Supply of Medicine & Surgical Items under National competitive bidding - Single Stage Single Envelope procedures.

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Naubahini Rural Municipality, Lung Pyuthan, Mailing address: naubahinirm@gmail.com, Contact no. 9857836020 or may visit PPMO website https://bolpatra.gov.np/egp. The bidder having valid firm registration, VAT/PAN registration certificates, Tax clearance certificate up to FY 2079/80 are eligible for bidding.

4. Bidder must submit their bid electronically may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np./egp, a. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.
