Notice regarding electronic contract invitation for collecting tax on stones, gravel, and sand

As per Sub-section 2 of Section 3 of Section 11 (d) of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074, Schedule-6 of the Sudurpaschim Province Economic Act, 2082, this municipality has to collect the total amount of stones, ballast, sand, gravel, baran (soil) etc. from the rivers and streams flowing through this municipality for the financial year 2082/083, which have been subjected to IEE and have designated ghats, as follows: Only in cubic meters. For sale, a contract has to be concluded for the collection of tax and duty amount at the rate of Rs. 141.27/- (excluding VAT) per cubic meter. Therefore, this notice has been published for the submission of sealed bids from the firms or companies licensed by the concerned authorities interested in taking the contract. Also, the tender should be purchased through electronic bidding by 12:00 PM on 2082/06/05, while purchasing, the revenue account no. 0730065293600051 Deposit Account No. 0730065293600061 The following tender fee/deposit amount should be deposited and the purchased bids will be opened by 2082/06/05 at 2:00 PM and for detailed information on other information and conditions, more information regarding the Tender Document can be obtained by visiting the website www.panchadewalbiyayakmun.gov.np and ppmo website. Stone, ballast, sand, gravel, soil (soil) sales tax collection contract period will be valid only from the date of contract agreement until 2083 (mid-Ashadh).
