As per Sub-section 2 of Section 11 (d) of Chapter 3 of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074, a contract has been issued to collect tax and duty amount at the rate of Rs. 700 per cubic foot (excluding VAT) for the total collection of stones, ballast, sand, gravel, soil, etc. in the rivers and streams flowing through this rural municipality for the fiscal year 2082/083, as follows: 0530250071854001 (GA 1.1-ANTARIK RAJASHWA KHATA-PANCHAKANYA GAUPALIKA) and for detailed information on other information and conditions, the Tender document can be viewed and downloaded by visiting the website www.bolpatra.gov.np/epg. The submitted bids will be opened at this office on 2082.04.11 at 1:00 PM.

Note: The period for collecting sales tax on various items including river products will be from the date of contract agreement to mid-Ashar 2083.
