Pokhara Metropolitan City, Municipal Executive Office, New Road, Pokhara, to collect royalties from passenger bus shelters located at various locations as per the details, tenders for income contract management have been invited through the e-portal of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp/. Interested firms may submit their bids by attaching the application along with the firm registration certificate, VAT registration certificate, certified copies of tax payment certificates for FY 2080/081, and the documents mentioned on page no. 4 and purchasing the bids as per this notice.

1. The submitted bids shall be opened in the presence of the bidder or his representative. The absence of the bidder or his representative at the time of opening the bid shall not constitute an obstacle to the opening of the bid.

2. Deposit Amount:- The bidder shall deposit the deposit amount as mentioned in the notice in the bank and submit the bid form along with the original bank voucher or bank guarantee (bid bond) issued in the name of Pokhara Metropolitan City with a validity of at least 150 days. The bid will not be valid if the bidder's signature is not on each page of the bid.

3. Other terms and conditions and restrictions will be as per the bid form if mentioned in the bid form and as per the Public Procurement Act 2063 and Regulations 2064, Pokhara Metropolitan City Revenue Contract Arrangement Regulations, 2077 in case of others.
