Conditions and restrictions

1. The submitted bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder or his representative. The absence of the bidder or his representative at the time of bid opening shall not constitute an obstacle to the opening of the bid.

2. Deposit Amount:- The bidder shall deposit the amount of deposit as mentioned in the notice in the bank and submit the bid form along with the original bank voucher or bank guarantee (bid bond) issued in the name of Pokhara Metropolitan City with a validity of at least 150 days. The bid will not be valid if the bidder's signature is not on each page of the bid.

3. Other terms and conditions and restrictions will be as per the bid form if mentioned in the bid form and as per the Public Procurement Act 2063 and Regulations 2064, Pokhara Metropolitan City Revenue Contract Arrangement Regulations, 2077 in case of others.
