As per Sub-section 2 of Section 6 of Section 11 of the Local Government Administration Act 2074, the sale of stones, gravel, sand and gravel has to be done through a contract, the office of Raghuganga Village Executive Office has to extract river products from the approved ghats of the rivers as per the prescribed standards and sell them at the rate prescribed by the office of Raghuganga Village Executive Office. 1. In the case of a firm, a copy of the renewed registration certificate, value added tax registration certificate, and tax payment certificate for the year 20800081 can be deposited in Prabhu Bank's Revenue Account No. 163110023000128 for the bid form fee and submitted along with the original bank voucher. Bid/Quotation forms can be purchased from the office within the office hours of the 15th day from the date of first publication of this notice. If the 15th day falls on a public holiday, the mentioned work will be done on the next day when the office is open.

2. While filling the bid/quotation form, the bid amount should be clearly mentioned in words and figures. In case of difference in figures and letters, the letters will be recognized. The deposit amount at the rate of 5 percent of the amount agreed upon should be deposited in the deposit account number 1630110023000058 of this office of Prabhu Bank and the original bank voucher or a Class A bank licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank as per the Public Procurement Act 2063 and the amendments to the Rules 2064, should be submitted along with the sealed bid/quotation form issued in the name of this office, mentioning the contract number and name, with a validity period of 90 (ninety days).

3. The bidder shall fill in all the details mentioned in the purchased bid/quotation forms, print them correctly on each page, clearly state the name of the firm, address, work details, contract details, name, address, phone number and mobile number of the proprietor on the outside of the sealed envelope, affix the firm's seal, and register them at this office within 12:00 PM on the 16th day from the date of first publication of the notice.

4. Bids/quotations purchased in the name of one firm or organization cannot be submitted in the name of another firm or organization.

5. The duly received bids/quotations will be opened at this office at 1 pm on the last day for submission of bids/quotations in the presence of the office representative, construction entrepreneur or his/her representatives. Also, if the construction entrepreneur or his/her representatives are not present at the time of bid/quotation opening, there will be no impediment to the bid opening. If the said day falls on a holiday, the mentioned activities will be done on the day the office is open after the holiday.

6. Pre Bid Meeting will be held at Raghuganga Rural Municipality office on the 10th day from the date of publication of this notice at 2 PM. Interested bidders/quotes can attend the meeting and get detailed information in this regard. If the said day falls on a holiday, the mentioned activities will be held on the next day when the office is open.

7. Riverine products should be extracted and sold and distributed only from designated locations, such as the river itself.

8. Detailed information regarding the contract is mentioned in the bid/quotation form and can be obtained from the same booklet or by contacting this office.

9. This office shall not be bound to accept bids/quotations submitted after the deadline, without due process or with conditions. All rights regarding acceptance or rejection of bids/quotations shall be reserved by this office.

10. If the bid/quotation is accepted, the contract will have to be collected by submitting a bank guarantee (performance bond) issued by a bank with a tax license in the name of this office and valid until the end of Shrawan 2083 within 7 days from the date of receipt of the notice or the date of delivery of the notice at the door. In addition, the person or firm bidding for the contract will have to pay an additional 13 percent VAT of the total amount to be paid as service fee to this office. As per the rules, the construction business has to pay income tax and other taxes separately to the Government of Nepal.

11. If the lease is not collected within the specified time, the deposit will be confiscated and the contract will be settled as per the rules.

12. The study report on the use of riverine construction materials in the context of the area and volume of excavation of rivers and streams in this district and the instructions from the Government of Nepal, the preliminary environmental assessment report conducted by the Raghuganga Rural Municipality Office, Myagdi regarding the collection of stones, gravel, sand and quarries in Myagdi district, shall form an integral part of this contract agreement.

13. The matters mentioned herein shall be governed by the same and the matters not mentioned herein shall be governed by other prevailing laws of the Government of Nepal.

14. If any instructions other than those mentioned above are received from the provincial government in this regard, the same will be followed.
