Under the Sanitary Pad Purchase Program for distribution to schools under Rajapur Municipality, Bardiya, the contract for the fiscal year 2082.83 has to be arranged through bidding, and therefore, bids have been invited from interested manufacturing companies and supplier firms with business licenses that are compatible with the purpose and business of the related work, subject to the following conditions.

(2082/06/0 Terms

1. The bids can be submitted and received from the AAE website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on the 31st day (2082/06/09) by 2:00 PM (if that day is a public holiday) and by 12:00 PM (if that day is a public holiday) on the next day. The bid fee for the said work is Rs. 3,000 (three thousand only) (non-refundable) along with a bank voucher or cash receipt of the same amount deposited in the Internal Revenue Account No. 02803000001000001 of the Rajapur Municipality, Rajapur Branch, Bardiya, renewed firm registration certificate, Permanent Account Number (PAN) registration certificate registered in the Income Tax Department and the tax payment certificate up to the financial year 2080/81 of the concerned Inland Revenue Office or a letter extending the deadline for submitting the income statement and the necessary bank guarantee.

2. The documents mentioned in the details must be submitted along with the bid, otherwise no work related to bid evaluation will be done.

a) Self-declaration letter stating that he/she is not ineligible for the procurement work and is not blacklisted.

b) The official letter of authority for the sanitary pads supplied by the company must be issued by the manufacturer in the case of domestic companies and by the company in the case of foreign companies as National Supplies.

c) The pad manufacturing companies to be supplied must be ISO-GMP certified and special preference will be given to domestic companies with the mentioned specifications and ISO-GMP and the said certificates must be scanned and uploaded.

d) The manufacturing company will be required to scan and upload a promise letter stating that it will deliver the sanitary pads on time if the contract is approved.

e) Suppliers will be required to provide a set of samples of the sanitary pads to be supplied.

3. The amount mentioned in the details of the bid bond along with the bid must be deposited in the deposit account number 028030000030000001 at Nepal Bank Limited, Rajapur Municipality, Bardiya, or a bank guarantee (bid bond) issued in the name of this office by a Class A bank recognized by Nepal Rashtra Bank with a validity of at least 120 days, calculated from the last date of submission of the bid bond.

4. For other matters not covered in this notice, the bidding documents will be in accordance with the Public Procurement Act 2063 and Regulations 2064 (with amendments) and other prevailing laws and regulations.
