Since the necessary medicines for this office for the fiscal year 082.083 have to be purchased through a tender, this notice has been published for interested licensed suppliers, vendors and businessmen registered with the Public Procurement Monitoring Office to submit their duly completed bids in compliance with the terms and conditions of the tender document through the website of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

1. Within 30 (thirty) days from the date of publication of this notice, a certified copy of the renewed license certificate of the company/firm, a certified copy of the income tax registration certificate, a certified copy of the value added tax registration certificate and a certified copy of the license to supply medicines should be submitted separately during office hours with a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3000.- paid to the Internal Revenue Account of Rajapur Municipality 0280300000100100001.

2. When purchasing a bid, the bid with the signature of the head of the office and the seal of the office must be downloaded and purchased online at www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. The purchased bid must be signed and stamped on the bid form within 12 noon on the 31st day from the date of publication of this notice, and the bid can be registered online by specifying the name, address, phone and fax number of the bidder.

3. The registered bids will be opened at the office at 1:00 PM on the same day in the presence of the bidders or their representatives and the representatives of the office. The absence of the bidders or their representatives will not prevent the bids from being opened.

4. If the last day of the bid submission or opening day falls on a public holiday, the said activities will be carried out on the next following day when the office is open at the same time.

5. The documents mentioned in the details must be submitted along with the bid, otherwise no action will be taken regarding the bid evaluation.

a) Self-declaration that one is not eligible for procurement and is not blacklisted.

b) Original Manufacturer's Authority Letter issued by the pharmaceutical manufacturing companies in the name of the buyer.

6. The amount mentioned in the bid bond details along with the bid must be deposited in the deposit account of Nepal Bank, Limited, Rajapur branch of this municipality, H. No. 0280300000300000001, or an unconditional bank guarantee (bid bond) issued by any bank within Nepal recognized by Nepal Rastra Bank in favor of this office, valid for at least 120 days from the last date of submission of bids.

7. While filling the bid form, the terms and conditions of the contract must be fully studied and filled in clearly.

The decision to evaluate and accept the bid will be made based on the lowest price and the technical aspects of the bid.

9. The bid form must clearly state the rate excluding VAT in both figures and words. In case of any discrepancy between figures and words, the written price shall be considered valid. If any corrections or additions are required, the signature of an authorized person shall be required at the place where the corrections or additions are made. No action will be taken on bids submitted after the deadline or before the due date.

When purchasing medicines, only medicines produced by WHO GMP Certified Companies will be purchased.

12.

Regarding the expiry date of the medicines to be purchased, the expiry date should be at least 18 months from the manufacturing date by the time the medicine is delivered to this office. Medicines with an expiry date less than that will not be accepted.

13. This office shall have the full right to accept or reject any bid submitted in whole or in part, without assigning any reason, keeping in view the interests of the Government of Nepal.
