Notice regarding invitation to bid for the sale of riverine products

As per the decision of the meeting held on 01/04/2082 of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074, Sub-section 'D' of Section 11, this Rural Municipality, 2080, and the Village Executive Council meeting held on 01/04/2082, the riverine materials have to be excavated from the ghats of the rivers and streams within the jurisdiction of the Rural Municipality mentioned in the schedule as per the criteria set out in the Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) Report-2079 and sold at the rate specified by this Rural Municipality, interested individuals, firms or companies are requested to participate in the bidding process by attaching certified copies of the firm renewal certificate, value added tax registration certificate, tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2081/082 and Nepali citizenship certificate, subject to the conditions as per the schedule. Conditions:

1. In the case of a firm, a renewed registration certificate, a value-added tax registration certificate, a certified copy of the tax payment certificate for the financial year 2081/082 and in the case of an individual, a certified copy of the Nepali citizenship certificate, a cash voucher deposited in cash in the Himalayan Bank Limited Branch Office, Shamshergunj, Revenue Head No. 14249 and Account No. 05207540510024, should be purchased within 12:00 PM on the 30th day (Date: 2082/06/01) from the date of first publication of this notice and the bid can be submitted electronically. While submitting the bid electronically, the bidder can download and upload the bid documents from the Public Procurement Monitoring Office's website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. The prescribed bid fee should be deposited in the bank account of this office in the above-mentioned account No. The voucher deposited in the above-mentioned account No. should be attached to the bid documents. If the last day for submission of bids falls on a public holiday, the said work will be done on the next office opening day.

2. While filling the bid form, the bid amount should be clearly mentioned in words and figures. In case of difference in figures and letters, the letters will be accepted. The deposit amount to be paid at the rate of 5 percent of the bid amount should be deposited in the deposit account No. 05207540510014 of this office at Himalayan Bank Limited Branch Office, Shamshergunj and its original bank voucher or a bid bond issued in the name of this office by a commercial bank licensed by the National Bank with a validity of 120 days mentioning the bid number and name should be submitted.

3. The bidder shall fill in all the details mentioned in the purchased bid forms and register them electronically by 12:00 PM on the 30th day from the date of first publication of the notice, duly stamping each page with the firm's name, address, work details, bid details, proprietor's name, address, phone number, mobile number and clearly visible firm seal.

4. Bids purchased in the name of one firm or organization cannot be submitted in the name of another firm or organization.

5. The bid documents will be opened at this office at 14:00 on the last day for submission of duly submitted bid documents (Date: 2082/06/01) in the presence of representatives of various offices, construction entrepreneurs or their representatives. Also, if the bidder or his representative is not present at the time of bid opening, there will be no impediment to the bid opening. If that day falls on a holiday, the work will be done on the next day when the office is open.

6. The pre-bid meeting will be held on the 20th day from the date of publication of this notice (Date: 2082/05/22) at 13:00 at the office of Rapti Sonari Rural Municipality. Interested bidders can attend the meeting and get detailed information in this regard. If the day falls on a holiday, the meeting will be held on the next day at the same time.

7. Detailed information regarding the bid is mentioned in the bid form, so you can refer to the same booklet or contact this office.

8. This office shall not be bound to accept bids submitted after the deadline, in an irregular manner, or with conditions.

9. All rights regarding acceptance or rejection of bids shall be reserved by this office.

10. If the bid is accepted, the bidder must submit the amount as per the rules of the bid score along with the VAT registration certificate within 7 days from the date of receipt of the notification. In addition, the person or firm bidding the bid will have to pay an additional 13% VAT and 1.5% advance income tax amount to the Inland Revenue Office as per the rules of the total amount to be paid for the service fee, and submit the original voucher to this office.

11. The bidder shall be deemed to have submitted a bid for the location mentioned in the IEE report after conducting a site visit and inspection regarding the condition of the rivers and streams mentioned for the contract award.

12. In the excavation and extraction of stone, gravel, and sand, tools may be used as provided in the approved IEE.

13. The contractor himself shall make arrangements for the extraction of stones, gravel, sand, gravel, etc. in such a way that the environmental balance is not affected while extracting them. From the point of view of environmental balance or land utilization, sand, gravel

The mining area and quantity of the rivers and streams of this rural municipality shall be in accordance with the laws issued by this rural municipality, provincial laws and other prevailing laws or standards related to the Local Government Operation Act, 2074.
