In the present matter, since the procurement of livestock-related medicines and medicinal materials for the Animal Service Branch and Ward Offices under Rapti Sonari Rural Municipality needs to be arranged through a tender, bids have been invited from interested manufacturing companies and supplier firms with business licenses that are compatible with the purpose and business of the concerned work, subject to the following conditions.

1) Within 1 (one) month from the date of first publication of this notice on the website of Rapti Sonari Rural Municipality and the e-bidding process of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office and if that day falls on a public holiday, by the next day, the bid form fee of Rs. 3,000/- (three thousand only) can be submitted through the website of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office by attaching the necessary documents including the cash receipt of the fee deposited in the account no. 05207540510024 of this office in Revenue Head No. 14249 (non-refundable), Permanent Account No. (PAN) registered with the MUAC and the tax payment certificate of the concerned Internal Revenue Office up to FY 081/082.

2) Online bidding is available at www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

3) The tenders for the procurement shall be submitted by the concerned company, firm or supplier person, duly signed and stamped with the company or firm seal, by 12:00 noon on the 31st day from the date of publication of the notice for the first time, and if that day falls on a holiday, by the same time on the next day. The tenders duly registered will be opened at this office in the presence of the tenderer or his representative from 2:00 pm on the same day. Even if the tenderer or his representative is not present, there will be no hindrance in the tender opening process.

4) The documents mentioned in the details must be submitted along with the bid, otherwise no action will be taken regarding bid evaluation.

a) Self-declaration that he/she is not eligible for procurement and is not blacklisted.

b) Original Manufacturer's Authority Letter issued in the name of the purchaser of veterinary medicines and pharmaceutical materials.

c) WHO-GMP certificate of the pharmaceutical manufacturing companies to be supplied.

5) The amount mentioned in the details of the bid bond along with the bid should be deposited in the deposit account No. 05207540510014 of Himalaya Bank Limited Shamsherganj Branch, Rapti Sonari Rural Municipality, Banke, or a bank guarantee (BID-BOND) with a validity of at least 120 days from the last date of submission of bids issued by any bank within Nepal recognized by Nepal Rastra Bank in favor of this office.

6) The bidder must accept any further reduction in the quantity mentioned in the bid form as required.

7) When filling out the bid form, the terms of the contract must be fully studied and filled out clearly.

8) The decision to evaluate and accept the bid will be made on the basis of the lowest price and the technical aspects of the bid.

9) In the bid form, the rate other than the M.A.C. shall be clearly mentioned in both figures and words. In case of any difference in figures and words, the one written in words shall be accepted. No action shall be taken against the bid submitted after the deadline or before the due date.

10) After the bid is accepted, when signing the contract, a bank guarantee (Performance BOnd) or cash deposit equivalent to the amount to be paid as per the rules of the bid score, along with an original bank voucher, must be submitted in the above-mentioned account.

11) In case of other matters not covered in this notice, the bidding documents, Public Procurement Act 2063, Regulations 2064 (with amendments), Rapti So Nari G.P.
