This 15-day notice has been published for firms or companies interested in purchasing the quotation form by depositing the fee of Rs. 1000/- (One thousand in words only) in the Himalayan Bank Rapti Sonari branch of this office in Internal Revenue Account No. 05207540510024 and attaching the detailed documents for the collection, sale, distribution and clearance of goods related to the Kawadi within the area of Rapti Sonari Rural Municipality for the current financial year 2082.083. The quotation form can be obtained from the office of Rapti Sonari Rural Municipality, Agaiya, Banke. It can also be downloaded from the website of the rural municipality www.raptisonarimun.gov.np.

D. Bids and applications

1. Collection, sale and distribution must be done only from the designated location.

2. When making the agreement, the approved firm or company must collect and export from vehicles with approved numbers.

3. The export and sale of the approved quantity must be done in accordance with the financial act of the rural municipality.

4. Collecting, selling, or distributing items other than those specified by law will be considered an offense. Action will be taken accordingly.

5. The recommendations made by the village level monitoring and supervision committee should be fully implemented.

6. As per the decision of the village executive, the minimum amount prescribed for the collection and disposal of garbage within the Rapti Sonari rural municipality area will be fixed, and the rate will be approved through increments in that amount. The submitted firms or companies will be selected on the basis of their qualifications and reliability of work capacity.

7. When submitting the rate, the firm or individual must fill in the Bill of Quantity provided by the office in figures and words, seal it, along with the necessary documents and application, and submit it to the office of Rapti Sonari Rural Municipality by 12:00 PM on the 15th day from the date of publication of the notice.

8. The bids/quotations that have been registered after completing the process as per the rules will be opened by the office representative and the bids/quotations will be opened at 2:00 PM on the 16th day.

9. The bidder must submit an original voucher showing that the deposit amount of 5 percent of the amount he/she has agreed to pay to this office's deposit account 05207540510014.

10. Collection and removal of goods by the Kawadi shall be done only from the date of the agreement until 2083/03/30.

11. In case of any exemption from this notice, it will be in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2063, Rules, 2064 and the procedures and prevailing laws of this Rapti Sonari Rural Municipality.
