4. Bids must be submitted through www.bolpatra.gov.np, on or before 12:00 noon on 2082/05/01 (17th Aug 2025). Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.

5. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidder's representatives who choose to attend at the office of Sidingba Rural Municipality, Office of Rural Municipal Executive, Sablakhu, Taplejung on 2:00 pm 2082/05/01 (17th Aug 2025)..Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied with above bid security, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity period.

6. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day.

7. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
