Notice inviting bids/sealed bids for Internal Revenue

As per the Internal Revenue Collection (Contract Arrangement) Procedure 2082, to collect internal revenue for the financial year 082/83 of Sidingwa Rural Municipality, contracts have to be awarded under the following titles. Therefore, all the interested parties are requested to purchase the bid/sealed quotation form from the eligible firms/organizations wishing to take up the contract within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice and submit it within 2 pm on the 16th day.

conditions

1) When submitting the purchased bid/sealed quotation form, it should be addressed to this office and clearly stated with the contract number, contract title, firm name of the bidder/sealed quotation provider, name, surname and address of the firm's official person, affixed the firm's seal, signed by the official person and affixed with a seal.

2) When purchasing the bid/sealed form from the office, the firm license, VAT registration certificate, and a copy of the previous fiscal year's tax payment certificate can be attached and purchased from the G.P.A. office within the above-mentioned date by paying the prescribed amount.

3) Bid forms must be purchased separately for each contract.

4) A security deposit of 5% of the bid amount should be deposited in this office's Lakshmi Sunrise Bank's deposit account No. 09303000021 and the original bank voucher should be attached.

5) The bid amount must be enclosed in both figures and words. If the amount written in figures and words differs, the amount written in words will be accepted.

6) If the contract amount is paid in lump sum, a 10% discount on the contract amount will be given, but if you wish to pay in installments, a bank guarantee valid until mid-Ashar 2083, issued in the name of this office from a recognized bank, will be issued after signing the contract agreement and issuing an invoice.

7) The entire right to approve or reject the contract will remain vested in the rural municipality.

8) Other matters will be in accordance with prevailing laws.
