This notice has been published for the information of all concerned persons, firms or companies who are interested to participate in the bidding process subject to the conditions mentioned in the Local Government Operation Act, 2074, Sub-section 2 G (6), Section 61 and the Financial Procedures and Financial Responsibility Act/Regulations, Stone, Gravel, Sand Excavation, Sale and Management Standards 2077 (First Amendment) for the remaining period of the fiscal year 2082/083. Since the contract has to be arranged for the collection of local tax and export tax on slag and other goods for the fiscal year 2082/083, all types of stones, gravel, processed and unprocessed sand, gravel, sand, gravel, riverine and construction materials produced from rivers, streams, crushers and sand processing industries within the rural municipality, within the location and quantity specified in the bidding document, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned persons, firms or companies.

Description (Title)

To collect tax on riverine products such as bush, sand, ballast, gravel, etc. collected and sold from the Kosgade, Budune Judi area, Bangetar and Baluwa Bagar areas of Tadi and Dokhu rivers under the jurisdiction of Tadi Rural Municipality.

A. Stone, ballast, sand, gravel collection and sales tax at the rate of Rs. 700 per cubic foot

B. Export tax on Kawadi and other goods Rs.

1. Block per Gota Rs. 0.50 (fifty paisa)

2. Water Rs. 0.25 (twenty-five paisa) per liter

3. Water per jar Rs. 1.00 (one rupee)

4. Liquor bottle Rs. 0075 (seventy-five paisa) per bottle

5. Plastic products Rs. 0.50 (fifty paisa) per kg.

6. Iron Rs. 2.00 (two rupees) per kg.

7. Silver, zinc Rs. 1.00 (one rupee) per kg

8. Copper, brass Rs. 5.00 (five rupees) per kg

9. Paper Rs. 0.75 (seventy-five paisa) per kg

10. Bricks (machine-made) Rs. 0150 (fifty paisa) per Gota

11. Brick local Rs. 0.30 (thirty paisa) per gota

12. Well/well ring Rs. 5.00 (five rupees) per bucket

13. Raw wood export Rs. 3.00 (three rupees) per cubic foot

14. Nummari wood (for commercial purposes with permission from the concerned body) Rs. 5.00 (five rupees) per cubic foot

Conditions and Restrictions

1. In the case of a firm, a renewed registration certificate, a value-added tax registration certificate, a copy of the tax payment certificate for the financial year 2080/081 and in the case of an individual, a certified copy of the Nepali citizenship certificate, a cash voucher paid in cash to this office for the bid form fee or deposited in cash in the Agricultural Development Bank Branch Office, Kharanitar, Nuwakot, Account No. 0213300985848022 of this office, and the bid shall be submitted electronically within 12 noon on the 31st day from the date of first publication of this notice. The bidder can download and upload the bid documents from the Public Procurement Monitoring Office's website www.bolpatra.gov.np. The prescribed bid fee shall be deposited in the Inland Revenue Account No. of this office, Kharanitar, Nuwakot, and the voucher deposited in the account No. 0213300985848022 of this office should be attached with the bid documents. If the last day for submission of bids falls on a public holiday, the said work will be done on the next office opening day.

2. Bids purchased in the name of one firm or organization cannot be submitted in the name of another firm or organization.

3. Bid documents duly received will be opened at this office from 1:00 PM on the last day for submission in the presence of representatives of various offices, construction contractors or their representatives. Also, if the bidder or his representative is not present at the time of bid opening, there will be no impediment to the bid opening.
