1. The Government of Nepal [GoN] has allocated funds from GoN towards the cost of Zero Kilo Dandako Pato Sadak Starunnati Tadi 5 and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Zero Kilo Dandako Pato Sadak Starunnati Tadi 5, TRM/W/R/082/83-1. Bidding is open to all eligible as per Section V of bidding document.

2. Tadi Rural Municipality invites sealed bids or electronic bids from eligible bidders for the construction of Zero Kilo Dandako Pato Sadak Starunnati Tadi 5 under National Competitive Bidding - Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures.

Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:

Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years within the last 10

years: NRs 30.46 million

Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature:

One Partner: One (1) Contract of Road Work with value at least NRs. 8.12 million

Each Partner: One (1) Contract of Road Work with value at least NRs. 2.03 million

3. Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically, Bidders are required to submit two separate bid response documents, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document.

4. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Tadi Rural Municipality, Kharanitar, Nuwakot, ito.tadimun@gmail.com, 9851230153 or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

5. Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may purchase the hard copy of the bidding documents as mentioned above or may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document as a non-refundable fee of NRs. 5,000.00 in the account as specified below.

6. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Tadi Rural Municipality, Kharanitar, Nuwakot at 1:00 PM, 10 September 2025.

7. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office Tadi Rural Municipality, Kharanitar, Nuwakot through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp_on or before 12:00 Noon on 21 September 2025. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

8. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 PM, 21 September 2025 at the office of Tadi Rural Municipality, Kharanitar, Nuwakot. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the bid submission deadline and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 6,00,000.00. If bidder wishes to submit the Cash Security, the cash should be deposited in Dharauti Account No.: 0213300985850019 at Agricultural Development Bank Ltd., Kharanitar Branch, Nuwakot, and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the bid document), which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
