Notice inviting electronic bidding (E-BID) for contract arrangement for collection of advertisement tax and Kawadi tax in the border area within Thakre Rural Municipality

In accordance with the Local Government Operation Act 2074, the Financial Act of the Bagmati Province Government, and the Financial Act of Thakre Rural Municipality, as per the clauses and conditions mentioned in the bid form, firms/companies interested in collecting taxes as per the details within this rural municipality area (C.A. Tax Registration Certificate, Firm Renewal up to FY 2081/082, Income Tax Payment Certificate of FY 2080/081) are hereby invited to submit bids within the following subject areas within 30 (thirty) days, not less than the minimum number specified by the firm or company. No action will be taken against bids received after the due date or beyond the deadline. Other details regarding the bid are as disclosed in the bid form on the rural municipality's website: www.thakremun.gov.np or bolpatra.gov.np.

Kawadi tax collection

All types of kavadi except bottles are charged at Rs. 1 (one rupee) per kg, empty beer bottles at Rs. 0.50 (fifty paisa) per bottle, other bottles at Rs. 0.25 (twenty-five paisa) per bottle, bones, horns, feathers, skin or similar nature of dead or killed animals other than animals prohibited under the prevailing law for commercial use at Rs. 1 (one rupee) per kg only.
