1. Thakre Rural Municipality has allocated funds for the upgrading of the following road projects and hereby invites electronic bids from eligible bidders under the e-Government Procurement (e-GP) system.

2. Thakre Rural Municipality invites online bids under the e-procurement system from eligible bidders for the procurement of roadway excavation, construction of roadside drains, cross-drainage, retaining structures, laying of sub-base, and other related works.

3. Eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Thakre Rural Municipality, Dhading, Nepal, or may visit the PPMO website: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

4. The bidding documents are available online and can be downloaded from the e-GP system at http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

5. Interested bidders must register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of the bidding document, NRs. 3,000.00, in the following bank account:

6. Interested bidders must submit their bids online through the e-procurement portal http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 2082-05-19 at 12:00 PM. Bidders are required to follow the electronic bid submission procedures as specified in the e-GP system opening guidelines 2073 and the user manuals issued by PPMO, which are available on the e-GP system.

7. Online bids will be opened in the presence of bidders who choose to attend at 14:00 hours on 2082-05-19 at Thakre Rural Municipality, Dhading, Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security as mentioned above, which shall remain valid for at least 30 days beyond the bid validity period. Alternatively, bidders may deposit the bid security amount in the following account:

8. A scanned copy of the bid security or cash deposit voucher must be uploaded to the e-GP system during bid submission.

9. If the office happens to be closed on the specified date of bid opening, the bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
