Notice inviting bids for the contract arrangement for collection/extraction of riverine products and collection of sales fees for internal revenue

In accordance with Section 11 of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074, Sub-section 2(d)(6), Section 64 Sub-section 1(f), Section 8 of the Lumbini Province Government Finance Act, 2082 and Schedule 6 thereto, Lumbini Province Riverine Material Management Procedures, 2075, and the Government of Nepal's Standards for Stone, Gravel, Sand Excavation, Sale and Management, 2077, riverine material shall be excavated and quarried from the ghats of the rivers of the Thakurbaba Municipality as per the prescribed standards and sold from the quarried areas at the rate prescribed by the Thakurbaba Municipality, not falling below the minimum contract number mentioned in the schedule. Since the contract has to be arranged by the end of 2082/083 Jestha, interested firms or companies that have completed the legal procedures mentioned in the details within the deadline specified by the date of publication of the notice are invited to submit their bids through E-Bidding by attaching the certificate of renewal of the firm, value added tax registration certificate, tax payment certificate of FY 2081182 or 20800081, self-declaration that they are not in any action or blacklist, and certified copies of the power of attorney, subject to the terms and conditions as specified in the notice.
