As per the provisions of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074 BS and the Bagmati Province Economic Act, 2081 BS, the contract for the extraction of riverine materials from the approved ghats/crossings of the rivers as per the prescribed criteria and sale of the same at the rates prescribed by the Bagmati Province Economic Act has to be arranged, therefore, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned for the interested individuals, firms or companies to submit their bids through E-BID.
