A nonprofit organization (NGO) based in Makwanpur invites application from interested and eligible candidates (Nepali Citizen) for the following position(S). Application is being invited for the project Sustainable Agriculture Renewal through Innovative Ideas (SARTHI) youth exchange program funded by Norwegian Agency for exchange corporation (NOREC), a Norwegian government body.

Age Group: Candidate must be within 18 to 25 age group.

Desired qualification and experience:

• Having Bsc Ag/Isc Ag/ PJTA course with minimum 2 years relevant work experience.
• Should be able to conduct training on improved farming methodologies in different rural areas.
• Should be able to identify target group, formation of group and mobilizing them.
• Analyzing existing operation, crops, plantation for improvements.
• Working experience with agriculture related agencies would be an advantage. 
• Candidates holding 2 wheeler license will be a plus.
• Priority will be given to local residing in Makwanpur district.

Applicants with strong communication skill, leadership and team management skill, practical knowledge of field work and willing to stay in India for 5 months are encouraged to submit their CVs.
