Role Overview

Join our vibrant marketing team! You will assist the Brand Manager in executing brand strategies, dynamic campaigns (ATL/BTL/Digital), product launches, and market research to drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support annual brand planning, budgeting, and monthly campaigns.
• Coordinate with agencies (Creative, PR, Digital) and internal teams (Sales/Trade).
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and brand performance.
• Assist with social media content and trade promotional activities.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!).
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and MS Office skills.
• Knowledge: Understanding of FMCG marketing, digital media, and consumer trends.
• Attributes: Creative, organized, and willing to participate in market visits and events.
