Position: Modern Trade Officer

Location: Birtamod, Biratnagar, Birgunj, Janakpur & Rajbiraj, Gaighat, Banepa, Butwal, Dang, Dhangadi, Dhading, Narayanghat, Nepalgunj, Pokhara, Surkhet, Lahan

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong ties with supermarket buyers and organized retail managers.
• Drive revenue growth and meet or exceed assigned modern trade monthly and yearly targets.
• Oversee in-store product visibility, planogram compliance, and trade promotional campaigns.
• Work with supply chain and marketing teams to ensure stock availability and smooth product rollouts.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and retail trends to adjust local sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of proven field sales experience handling supermarkets, mini-marts, or FMCG channels.
• Excellent communication, persuasive negotiation, and data analysis skills using MS Excel.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel extensively for store visits.
