Position: Export Manager (FMCG)

Location: Kathmandu

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events & brand activations nationwide.
• Coordinate vendors, agencies, permits & logistics.
• Develop brand-aligned event concepts.
• Manage on-ground event execution.
• Control budgets & vendor costs.
• Support digital, influencer & promotional activities.
• Identify events & sponsorship opportunities.
• Prepare post-event reports & ROI analysis.
• Support trade marketing & retail activations.
• Manage partners, sponsors s & stakeholders.
• Ensure policy & regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM preferred.
• -5-10 years' experience in FMCG exports/international sales.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation & logistics.
• Experience managing international distributors & customers.
