Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Location: Birtamod, Biratnagar, Birgunj, Janakpur & Rajbiraj, Gaighat, Banepa, Butwal, Dang, Dhangadi, Dhading, Narayanghat, Nepalgunj, Pokhara, Surkhet, Lahan

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets for the area.
• Manage and guide sales and marketing teams.
• Ensure effective route planning and minimum 80% outlet coverage.
• Monitor market execution: stock availability, display, DPS board, postering, and tie-ups.
• Manage distributors, wholesalers, and key retailers.
• Track order vs sales and take corrective actions.
• Support team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Review reports, market feedback, and competitor activities. Capability to appoint and develop dealers in the assigned hq, if required.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in field sales (FMCG preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
