Position: Modern Trade Executive

Location: Birtamod, Biratnagar, Birgunj, Janakpur & Rajbiraj, Gaighat, Banepa, Butwal, Dang, Dhangadi, Dhading, Narayanghat, Nepalgunj, Pokhara, Surkhet, Lahan

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with modern trade outlets and key accounts.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in retail stores.
• Achieve sales targets and support business growth in assigned territory.
• Coordinate with store managers and buyers for orders, promotions, and listings.
• Monitor stock levels, competitor activities, and market trends.
• Implement promotional activities and in-store branding campaigns.
• Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or running preferred.
• Experience in sales, FMCG, retail, or modern trade will be an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good understanding of retail operations and market dynamics.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
• Ability to work in field and meet sales targets.
• Valid two-wheeler license preferred.
• 2/4 years of hands-on work in sales or trade marketing.
